Igor Too Good for Bolton?
After BWFC and Juventus agreed terms for the loan of Croatian defender Igor Tudor, but the final decision was left to Tudor. Igor never showed any interest, so it seems unlikely that he will join The Trotters.
Bolton boss Sam Allardyce told Sky Sports, “We have not seen the player arrive in this country. It might be the fact that he thinks that we are not quite big enough for him.”
It would seem that Tudor will not be leaving Juve at all. He was more in favour of a move to Spanish team Realvilla, but the Juventus bosses preferred the deal that Bolton Wanderers presented. There is no news on the ReallVilla website that Igor has joined them.
Sam’s final comment on the situation was, “He is a player we would have liked and we have tracked him for a long time.”
