Alex Ferguson Whines About BWFC
Following the cancellation of Bolton’s game against Middlesbrough on the Wednesday, Sir [huh!] Alex Funguson Ferguson has called for the Premiership bosses to punish The Wanderers, simply because he says that the cancelled game allowed BWFC to rest.
He fears that Bolton players will be fresher than his squad.
Fergie vented his frustration:
“The Premier League should be more vigilant about clubs with undersoil heating. They should make sure it is maintained – I’m sure there must be one electrician in Bolton. Having that match called off could be an advantage for Bolton.”
This suggests that the Reebok heating system was not working, but surely this can’t be right because the forcast was blamed for not forcasting the severe frost.
