Sulley's Success Earns a £7m Bid
Did you see Ghana midfielder Sulley Ali Muntari during today’s World Cup match against Brazil (June 27). Why? Well, Bolton manager, Sam Allardyce has picked him out as a possibility for The Wanderers and is set to make a £7 million bid to bring the 21 year old to The Reebok.
No wonder as he was instrumental in creating most of Ghana’s chances in their unfortunate loss against Brazil this afternoon and helped Ghana get through the group stages of the World Cup by scoring against the Czech Republic.
Previous trials with Manchester United failed because of work permit problems for the then teenager who also found it difficult to adjust to life in the UK. However since then he joined the Italian Serie A club Udinese and has recently made it known that he would like to play in The Premiership.
