New Year Rumours
There is already speculation about January’s Transfer Window the main one being that Wanderers longest serving player, goalkeeper Jussi Jaaskelainen, will be making a move to none other than Newcastle United and we all know who the Magpies’ boss is.
Once again there have been problems with securing Jussi with another contract, it would appear that he wants more pay and the conclusion of his talks with Bolton has not been reported and remains open.
Another popular player is also rumoured to be leaving – the Spaniard Ivan Campo Ramos. However, this spate of speculation may have been caused as he had not been picked to play for a number of games and it is looking like he will be playing a lot more since his spectacular performance against Tottenham Hotspurs.
Like Christmas related commercials, rumours about January transfers seem to be starting earlier and earlier as each year passes.
