Archie Knox Bolton Manager
Bolton Wanderers have given Archie Knox the temporary role of club manager and will work alongside Ricky Sbragia and Jimmy Phillips.
The official BWFC website states:
ARCHIE KNOX will be in charge of first-team affairs until further notice following the departure of Sammy Lee.
The 60 year-old Scot was originally appointed as coaching co-ordinator for Bolton Wanderers in August following a spell as Scotland under 21 manager, but will now be responsible for looking after the first-team until further notice.

Speculation is rife about who will replace Sammy Lee, the BWFC24 Poll shows all the names mentioned, suggested, speculated… although there is a suggestion that Chris Coleman may on Gartsides shortlist.
Paul Jewell continues to be popular, although Mourinho is unlikely to join, he is proving to be a popular choice with BWFC24 readers too.
How long Knox remains in charge is uncertain so there will continued speculation until BWFC find Lee’s replacement. Something tells me it’s going to be a long wait.
