A Bolton Wanderers fan since childhood (mid 1970s). All I remember about my first match was being knocked off one of those bar thingies on the Manny Road terrace at Burnden Park.
My family have been avid BWFC fans for many years, my grandfather went to the 1923 FA Cup Final and told stories about the cup being passed around on the train back to Bolton. My father and the aforementioned grandfather when to the 1958 FA Cup Final and my mother was a post war regular at Burnden Park and always has had a soft spot for Nat Lofthouse
