It looks like Bolton’s Abdoulaye Faye will be following his former boss to St. James’ Park as Allardyce says the deal is close to completion. Faye watched the Magpies League Cup win against Barnsley last night and has had a medical.
The £2million deal as good as done as Allardyce told nufc.co.uk, “Abdoulaye is in Newcastle for a medical and we expect that deal to go through in the next 24 hours.”

BWFC24 will confirm Faye’s departure on this page if/when it happens.
